What is Management fee?
A management fee is a charge levied by an investment manager for managing an investment fund. The management fee is intended to compensate the managers for managing the portfolio but can also include other items such as the administration costs of the fund.
Innolab Capital ApS (Manager) receives a management fee for its services which annually accounts for 1 per cent of Innolab Capital Index’ average net asset value.
What is Performance fee?
A performance fee is designed to reward managers for increasing the value of a portfolio, since investors will see value only when the portfolio grows. In our case, the performance fee to Innolab Capital ApS (Manager) constitutes 10 per cent of the cumulative net excess return from Innolab Capital Index A/S.
The performance fee calculation is subject to a high-water mark which must be exceeded before a performance is performance fee is accrued. This is designed to ensure that a performance fee is not charged until any previous losses have been recovered.
How does the high-water mark principle work?
A high-water market is defined as the highest asset value the fund has had since its inception. Each time a new peak value is achieved, a new high-water mark is added.
What are the subscription and redemption costs?
The costs of subscribing are fixed at DKK 5,000 regardless of the amount. When redeeming shares, investors will be charged 0.5 per cent of the value of the redemption.
What should be the investment horizon in Innolab Capital Index A/S?
Innolab Capital Index A/S is suitable for long-term investors with an investment horizon of three years or more.

How often is NAV calculated?
Net asset value is calculated daily and is published on the company’s website.
What are the redemption rules?
The intention is that any shareholder wishing to redeem shares may be redeemed at a notice of four weeks until the end of a quarter.
Does Innolab Capital Index A/S use leverage?
No, the articles of association prohibit the company from applying leverage.
What is the dividend policy?
The company does not intend to distribute dividends. Instead, the intention is to accumulate the returns, thereby increasing assets under management.

Net asset value (NAV) is the current market value of the fund’s net assets (securities held by the fund minus any liabilities), divided by the number of shares outstanding.
